All luxury taxies are brand new and renewed every 3 years.

No extra opening time on trip sheets for all customers within a radius of 3 Kilometers from The Metro Taxi office

Every passenger will be alerted by an SMS giving details of car number, chauffers name & his mobile number. This helps to identify the car at parking lots, airports & railway stations

News papers and water bottles can be provided for Premium and Luxury segment cabs, on request
Service for all taxies are carried out only at the authorized service centers

All chauffers employed are seniors with minimum of 7 years driving experience, having family. Their residential address and character is verified before appointment

Chauffeurs are motivated to perform and are designated as Associate partners to the firm. Mobiles & I.D. cards are provided to them. They are proficient in English, Hindi and local languages. A few know German & French as well.

It is mandatory that all chauffeurs are clean shaven with uniform and shoes or buckled footware

All chauffeurs are Bangalore based and have thourough route knowledge.
