We care about the Employees who work for us, the Customers who provide us our livelihood, the Suppliers who  support our business, the Assets we deploy, the Environment in which we operate and the Community in general. Several initiatives have been taken by the management to show our concern. We are happy to run our business to the benefit of our stakeholders. This is how we do it:

We believe that in order to keep our employees motivated we need to understand what they truly need and care about. As a small initiative we started with sponsoring school education for children of employees. Today these very children have grown up to become responsible, educated citizens of our community. They have not only enhanced their lives, but also those around them.

We maintain a quality of service that consistently meets or exceeds our customers’ expectations. We believe in order for our customers to enjoy our service we need provide safe, comfortable and affordable products and services to choose from. To that effect we recruit staff only after going through a stringent cross-verification process. Chauffeurs in particular are checked for their background and previous work history. Our Serviced Apartments are accredited and certified for excellence. One way to show we care.

Our management has always opined that business should breed business. In our effort to grow we have always made sure that our suppliers are never left behind. To that effect we encourage strong, long term relationships and pay them a fair price for their goods and services. While we are bothered about the cost of running our business we believe that a happy supplier is a much bigger asset than one who is squeezed to the last penny. In the long run we have realized that these very suppliers provide us with innovative ideas and support that helps us provide better products and service levels to our customers. Ours is a live and let live policy.

Take for example our cars; they are only serviced at authorized company dealerships. We do not cut corners even though we have cheaper options, because ultimately we believe it affects the reliability of our service. As a result our cars run longer than the average taxi in Bangalore and they also command a better resale value. On the other hand our serviced apartments are cleaned using only the leading commercial cleaners and eco-friendly detergents. You will feel the difference when you check in to one of our studios.

We are gifted by God and nature with a wonderful, but delicate life supporting planet. As a business we realize we operate in an industry which emits carbon fumes from burning fuel. To minimize our carbon footprint we have pledged to buy only the latest cars that meet current pollution norms. As of today we are buying only BSIV compliant cars. We also recycle! If you visit our office you will see many of the stationary items being reused and we are always trying to improvise to find alternate uses. For example: We do not shred waste paper printed on a single side; instead we cut in half and make notepads out of them.

We have special prices for military men and women who avail of our service. Community helpers such as school teachers, nuns and priests and senior citizens get special care and service. All our staff and employees are trained to be courteous, sensitive and caring towards the public in general. Our hospitality philosophy goes far beyond our business and in turn the society benefits by having a bunch of well mannered people as neighbors, friends and family. We also fund various social activities and community events.
